Do you offer pick-up on online orders?
Yes, we happily offer in-store pick up for online and phone-in orders.
Can I track my shipment?
All orders will include a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number when your package is dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Most unopened and undamaged products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a store credit, minus original shipping fees.

Shaving and grooming equipment may not be returned as per Health Canada guidelines.
Customized products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At the moment we only ship within Canada. But we will hopefully ship internationally soon!

Do you produce custom products for Airbnb rentals, hotels, or wedding favours?
We do! Savon Du Bois has relationships with some of the best hotels, Airbnbs and wedding venues in Prince Edward County, developing complete lines of products with custom scents or individual items. Reach out to us at email@example.com to enquire.
How do we create a custom scent collaboration with you?
If you're interested in developing a scent with our in-house perfumer and aromatherapist, reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll aim to respond to you as promptly as possible.
Where are your ingredients sourced?
We aim to source as many of our ingredients from local suppliers. Ingredients that come from outside Ontario or Canada are carefully selected to ensure they meet our rigorous ethical and quality standards.
Are your products tested on animals?
We absolutely never test on animals. We are certified by PETA and Leaping Bunny (The Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics).
Are your products vegan?
With the exception of the products which contain emu oil and beeswax (salves and lip balms), everything else is vegan.
Are your products organic?
Our products are not certified organic by ECOCERT or the USDA. Many of our ingredients are, however, and these are clearly marked on the product labels. All our ingredients are of the highest quality whether certified organic or not. Many of the essential oils are ECOCERT and USDA certified.
What if I have a bad reaction to one of your products?
Please contact us at email@example.com if you have an adverse reaction to one of our products so we can understand the problem and work with you to find a solution. We advise that you read the ingredients of your product carefully and do a small patch test before beginning use.
Please consult a physician before introducing new products into your routine if you suffer from a severe illnesses, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Are your products safe to use while pregnant?
We advise consulting your doctor or other health care provider before using essential oils or products containing essential oils, during pregnancy. Essential oils should never be taken internally.
Are your products safe to use on children?
Children under 18 months should not use essential oils. Children over 18 months are limited by the kind and amount of oil. Please consult a professional for advice.
Are your products safe to use with household pets?
Many essential oils are toxic to dogs, and especially cats and rabbits. It is best to avoid exposing them to essential oils.
Our Puddle Jumping dog shampoo bar is safe to use on dogs only.
What if my product is damaged in shipping?
We do our best to package your products carefully when they are shipped, but sometimes spills or breaks will occur in transit. If your product arrives in bad condition, please take a few photos and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will asses the damage and do our best to make you happy.
