Savon Du Bois is a small business but we still aim to get our products dispatched within two business days from the order being placed.

Do you offer pick-up on online orders?

Yes, we happily offer in-store pick up for online and phone-in orders.

Can I track my shipment?

All orders will include a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number when your package is dispatched.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Most unopened and undamaged products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a store credit, minus original shipping fees.

Contact info@savondubois.com before returning an order for more information. 

Shaving and grooming equipment may not be returned as per Health Canada guidelines.

Customized products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At the moment we only ship within Canada. But we will hopefully ship internationally soon!

What if my product is damaged in shipping?

We do our best to package your products carefully when they are shipped, but sometimes spills or breaks will occur in transit. If your product arrives in bad condition, please take a few photos and send them to info@savondubois.com. We will asses the damage and do our best to make you happy.
